Photographers Guidelines

  We love the fact that you have chosen our facility to use as your backdrop for you photographs.  Please follow these guidelines to keep our facility looking its best.

• No vehicles allowed on grass except in designated parking areas.
•  No climbing on rocks. These rocks are not cemented in so they may fall. Do not cross the fencing surrounding the rock area.  
• No climbing or sitting on fencing.
•  No wading, swimming, or fishing in Spring. Please do not throw anything in the Spring. Clients assume responsibility for their personal safety and that of their guests with regard to the Spring and the surrounding area.  
• Please stay out of flower beds or any landscaped area. There are flowers and other items buried under ground.
•  Please be careful when using the Ugly Truck as your backdrop. He is rusty and fragile.  
• No climbing in the Wagon. Please only use as a backdrop. The Wagon is old and fragile as well.
•  Smoking is accommodated in designated smoking areas at the fire pit area or red bench behind the barn  
  
• Children must be supervised at all times.
•  Pets are not allowed. If necessary, please call for approval.  

 Client hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wildwood Springs, its agents and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liability, judgments, loss, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees and expenses of investigation, which may be suffered or incurred by any of them, or which may be claimed or alleged against any of them by any person or entity, arising out of, based upon or related to any injury or alleged injury, including death, of any person or property of Wildwood Springs and its agents, employees and contractors, and, or other property of Wildwood Springs arising out of the Clients event or its use or occupancy of Wildwood Springs or such property.
