Event Rental Package
What is included:
· Use of the barn reception hall, pavilion, and/or property grounds based on an hourly rate with a 4 hour minimum. Hourly rate is $175-$250 depending on time of year.
· Overhead string lights in and around barn, old wire spool, vintage wash tub, barn wood tables, decorations: mason jars, old glass bottles, burlap & lace table decorations, etc.
· Use of fire pit (our staff will light and maintain)
· Outdoor activities - corn hole, horse shoes, twister, and jenga
· Small portable PA system and microphone
