- No Parking in the front yard (park in the circle drive)
- If using the fire pit when you are finished make sure the fire is completely out before leaving it. Do not use on windy days.
- Please respect the privacy of our neighbors on both sides of the cottage.
- Guest shall be responsible and take care of the owner’s property and valuables while staying at the cottage. Penalty's may apply.
- Property owners shall not be responsible for any injury to you or your guest.
- Property owners shall not be responsible for any damage to guest personal property.
- We ask that you be respectful of the property and the belongings while staying at the cottage.
